Superman vs Combo Man

No prep time, current Superman, fight in the Jurassic park jungle. Combo-Man has the powers and abilities of a dozen heroes and villains, including: Spider-Man, Captain America, Hulk, Iron Man, Punisher, Wolverine, Cyclops, Magneto,  Dr. Doom, Human Torch, and Daredevil.

Combo man can win if he has the finese of the metas in using their powers and the skill of doom in magic.  also depends which Iron Man suit he is in.

I'll read up on Combo man before i bother to consider who would win.

 I don't think his Spider man powers,his Captain America Powers (does punisher even have any powers? i thought he was an ex cop) Based on where they are fighting i don't Magneto's powers will be of Much use to him. And i don't think the Iron man suit will help him,I think Wolverines and Hulks Healing factors (I'm just assuming characters with similar/same feats when added together upgrade each other) will be enough to Keep Combo in it for a while,Supes is invulnerable to getting lit on fire so i don't thin Human torch's Powers will be of much help. 
 So i think the Only powers of real use to Him are:Wolverines healing factor,Hulks strength and Healing factor,Dr.Dooms powers and intelligence. I see daredevil and Punishers combat skills to Help him out a bit along with capt's. I don't think spidey senses though will be enough to dodge a guy who can move faster than light.  
 
I'm not however going to give my Opinion on who wins,because this list of stuff is just my Opinion and I would like to see everyone Else's  Opinions on what they think would be useful.

Combo Man would probably give him some trouble with powers like super strength, magnetic field manipulation, spider-sense, radioactive senses, healing factor, sorcery...

... I believe Superman's speed and experience give him the upper hand. But the main problem would be that after a period of time, Combo Man turns back into Rick Wilder. He has to eat more Combos to become Combo man again. Leaving Superman a window of time. And when its Superman, that would be all he needs.
