@rpottage: Maybe your right. I don't know but if you knew anything about the power Charles has then you would know he would kill superman before he can do any of what you said. So.....
How's this, Superman falls onto a pile of Magno-Kryptonite while holding Green Kryptonite in both hands. He's then unable to move, being stuck to the Magno-Kryptonite, and Charles doesn't even need to do anything as Superman can't move, and he's weakened and eventually killed by the Green Kryptonite.
Also, Black Kryptonite doesn't actually physically split Superman, but only his personality.
