@codin18: how many times do I have to say it,apocalypse can win this, sorry to everyone that may disagree but here is some reasons why I think apocalypse has this fight, first of all apocalypse controls energy manipulation which one of the applications of energy manipulation is kinetic absorption meaning if superman speed blitz him apocalypse can psychically take the kinetic energy out of superman, therefore slowing superman down and powering himself up in the process, Apocalypse can also absorb massive amounts of energy with almost no limit in order to augment the levels of both his physical superhuman strength, durability as well as his other superhuman powers to even higher superhuman levels giving him almost unlimited potential,For instance Apocalypse once absorbed all the practically near infinite supply of energy from Cyclops's optic beams which is well over 2 gigwatts (2 billion watts) of energy, making Cyclops unable to use his powers for months. which means that if superman uses his eye beams apocalypse can just do the same thing to superman that he did to Cyclops thereby exhausting superman, also Apocalypse can also infuse his body with his own energy making him appear to move even faster to counteract speedsters and.Apocalypse does also possess the ability to manipulate energy to some unknown degree. Both his own and others, once channeling energy attacks shot at him back to where they came from by making his own body act like a conductor which he did with plasma energy and thunder bolts against Storm at the same time. And then there is that telepathy as well as how he can mentally control, create, generate, and project powerful and nearly impenetrable protective force fields to defend himself and others or engulf and trap individuals inside.
@king_saturn: So what you say is that Superman can hurt Apocalypse only with fists.I agree with you here since Apocalypse has celestial armor.But still his head is vulnerable.More vulnerable than Superman's.Anyway Apocalypse has one of the strongest shields and his gigantic form greatly increases damage and reduces speed.Both these two have 50% chance of winning.
This is a very tough call. Im no Superman fan or a fan of Apocolypse but it would be a brutal and very long fight. Problem here with Apocolypse where he will struggle the most is he dosnt bring kryptonite or magic to this fight that would be the two things to kill Superman. But he does possess the power to knock Superman around. Superman however does have the advantage with speed as he can move faster then his foes can see. Another thing is while it might work is he wont need to stand near Apocolypse to hit him as he can bring freezing and heat power to this fight. And while neither will kill Apocolypse it will move him. So since both are immortal and cant be hurt by conventional means I am going to say this will be a stalemate.
Apocalypse easily. He is technically an Omnipotent being and can do things well out of Supermans sepctrum Admittedly Superman is insanely powerful but Apocalypse is something entirely different here.
It is because of the type of powers he has that gives him this victory. Seriously do some homework on Apocalypse not just Superman. Superman won't defeat him unless he just stands about doing nothing. Even in theory Magneto could beat Superman and I say in theory if we exclude the Marvel side of things.
Superman won't regardless of how fast or strong he is be besting Apocalypse sorry fanboys just no.
Even after "Crisis" the Last Son of Krypton will vanquish the evil buffoon, who has a goofy face. Although at least the early 90s X-Men cartoon's version was still vastly better than the shoddy excuse for one from that terrible movie a couple of years back.
