Round 1 Ronin the Accuser

Round 2 Super Skrull

Round 3 Graviton

Round 4 Apocalypse

Round 5 Magneto (control over the full spectrum)

Round 6 Dr.Doom (no prep)

Round 7 Annilhus (Cosmic control Rod)

Round 8 Ultron

Round 9 Thanos (No HOTU,IG)

Stops at 8

I have no idea who most of these people are.

He stops at Apocalypse. Though I suppose a case could be made for Ronan beating him.

I say he stops at 6. i've never been impressed with Apoc and Mags vs Supes arguments.

@dratini1331: Thats the reason I put them lower on the list however at their most powerful they should give supes a hell of a fight if not pull off some wins.

It depends if Ronan has time to use his Universal Weapon. If so, he could lock Superman in a barrier of Absolute Zero.

I agree, but I think supes can take them, but i doubt he can take Doom.

@dondave: Yeah i did some reading on Ronan, he probably shouldn't be number one on this list considering the Universal Weapon but what do ya do. Any input on how big blue fares against other characters?

Over half of these guys are not really "Avengers Villains".

Doom, Annihilus, and Super Skrull are primarily FF enemies

Magneto and Apocalypse are primarily X-Men enemies

I go for Superman getting beaten by Ultron or DOOOOM. I don't want to abuse the loophole with Ronin.

Graviton ends Superman. You ruined your gauntlet by putting him so early.

Supes can be as bloodlust as he wants he is never beating Graviton...

Stomped at 3 in any scenario

Stops at 6, possibly Apocalypse as well.

Stops at 8, probably stops at 9.

Doom, Mags, and Thanos are the only ones who stand a chance. However, if it's standard Thanos without some crazy gear or tech (like the Cosmic Cube of IG) I think Superman most likely clears.

Graviton at fullpower has no chance?

isn't Pre-52 Superman went from the Vega System(25 light years away) to Earth in minutes ?
