Rulk absorbs his reality warping and magic powers to become Ross Prime. He then proceeds to manhandle the whole JLA including the Spectre until the Presence tries to banish him. He smiles and punches the entity in the kidneys while making bad Hulk puns. At this point DC and Marvel snap and exile Loeb, prohibiting him from coming within 1000 meters of any place that sells, manufactures or even discusses comic books.

Assuming its emo boy prime. I'm inclined to say prime wins, but dat loeb force...
