i see this as a bronze age kryptonian with the ability to enter and leave other dimensions at will vs a SA kryptonian with no limits on her powers levels like she can cross galaxies in seconds, time travel and cross dimensional barriers with ease with just speed, throw things to distant galaxies in seconds, almost as strong as SA Superman, totally invunrable unless getting attacked by a being with infinite strength like her or something involving her weakness

Prime has better feats IMO.
There are a few Supermen who are above SA levels, aka Kal Kent.

im talking only kryptonian power levels but kal kent has a whole bunch of other powers that puts him above bronze age kryptonians but not at silver age levels and he never displayed quite silver age levels even when doing his best feats they were all at best bronze age kryptonian powers

He's Stronger, he punched from the Present DCU into the 853rd Centruy. Yeah, he has Telepathy, Force Vision etc.
More experience dealing with beings at her own power and better feats. She nearly defeated a weaker version of Anti-Monitor (though she died in the process). The Anti-Monitor that Superboy Prime fought hadn't absorbed a single universe at all. Then one Supergirl fought had already absorbed hundreds of them so Superboy Prime would have died if he did what Supergirl did as Anti-Monitor was much more powerful because he had absorbed hundreds of universes while SCW Anti-Monitor hadn't absorbed even one. Sodam Yat I believe wasn't really using the power of the Ion Entity and for the most part the battle was pretty even until the end. When Prime beat Yat, Yat was still pretty green. Not to mention, his GL ring limits his access to the Ion powers, as stated when he took the ring off so he could change Daxam's sun from red to yellow so they could overthrow Mongul. So it's not like he's got Daxamite, Green Lantern and Ion powers all firing at once.
Supergirl takes this by the way, for all the reasons already listed.
