Odin solo's both. Odin is a confirmed galaxy buster and is closer to being a match for Galactus.

I won't say curbstomp. Odin force Thor has some impressive feats...but nothing that would put him on par with Odin. And again, Superman from the 853rd century? Most of his power is implied. But to me, "implied" is not enough to do a whole lot against the likes of Odin, whose power level is definitely not implied.

For all intents and purposes, he is resistant to direct contact with Magic (someone could possibly be inventive though and not attack him directly with it) and has high but clearly lesser resistance to other forms of energy based attacks. Cosmic is a toss up as that is actually what powered him up To his temporary "man" form, but high level Quantum attacks hurt him and he is affected by light based attacks that mimic solar radiation.

Odin Force Thor doesn't solo. Only versions of Thor that can beat Superman Prime are King Thor & Rune King Thor.

Lets try and have a reasonable debate about it then, you give us reason why you believe Odin Force Thor would win , hopefully using the recent Odin Force Thor as opposed to one that appeared in Thor 400, and we have a good discussion at our hand.

To me it appears Superman prime is stronger (be blew up a planet by flying through it), likely faster (although no quantifiable reaction time), and more vicious.
