Oh damn this is a pretty close fight. If all the lanterns have full hope, greed, anger, and will ( give or take a few others) they could be tough for the supermen.

let superman prime take care of sodat yat the daxamite( the strongest green lantern) and as many lanterns as he can, then send a wave of the kryptonians to clean up

...is this match a little too one sided? (not that i have a problem with that)

Superman Prime is a Green Lantern, is he on both teams? Anyway, id be interested to see how many Superman Prime could solo.

If its not obvious, Supermen win. Im pretty sure the 5D Superman and Superman Prime alone would be severe overkill.

If it was just standard Kryptonians, say all the Kryptonians from Kandor from the New Krypton story arc, thatd be very fair IMO. I think that debate would come down to the numbers on each side, and the fact that the GLs have more experience.

The Superman Dynasty is made up of all the most powerful versions of Superman basically, and there are several who are impossibly, cosmically powerfully.

@deaditegonzo yeah that would work just fine, your right experience and numbers would play a big role.

but you never know, some of those kryptonians may be able to outshine superman, do you have any other teams in mind tho...martians, daxamites, ect.?
