They can actually do it if they play their cards right.

Killer Croc throws a rock at him , a rock that shatters the second it comes into contact with Clark. Clark then turns around and flies everyone to arkham.

A Moral superman doesn't blitz or BFR anyway, specially street level criminals like these guys. That and you can potentially fool and out smart a Moral Superman easily.

Freeze Breath for the win.

Solidifies Clayface, Freezes Ivy, Grounds Firefly, stops any gases Scarecrow brings to the table, stops Bane from moving, throws Deadshots' aim off, stops Killer Croc from moving, freezes Hush, and...well, I don't know if it'd do anything specific to Nobody cause I have no idea who he is, but he's stopped regardless.

Freeze is MAYBE the only one who can move a little, and he won't want to risk getting hit with heat vision. He'll drop his stuff and surrender.

Outside of Batman, Lex Luthor, and a select few others, kryptonite is hard to come by. Simply giving a character prep time does not mean kryptonite automatically falls into their laps within the given window. None of these characters have access to the vast amount of resources and money Lex and Bruce do, so their chances of getting their hands on either of Supermans weaknesses are slim to none.

boy do they dumb down supes when he is with bats. what building uses lead pipes? also, couldn't supes just use his super hearing that let's him hear in space? maybe the villains can win if they have the same pis dumbing effect on supes that bats has.

The reason Superman doesn't immediately blitz every enemy, and the answers are so simple anyone should know it.

1. He's not playing football

2. Superman is a hero he want to restrain the enemy not kill them by immediately tackling them like he is in football game and starts beating the enemy senseless, that kind of defeats the purpose of his character

3. His comic wouldn't sell. No one wants to see Superman blitz then one shot the enemy every issue.

4. That is just not the characters, kind of like how Batman never uses guns.

5. Superman is a plot driven character he really has no set speed of strength. He is only as strong as he needs to be for his enemies and the story.

even though supes isn't prepped, he still knows these villains. it's not like he is facing guys from marvel. these are people that he has faced before. he will be ready for most of their tricks. they will have to use stealth which should be impossible since he can hear them from miles away. these guys are toast. the only reason he doesn't blitz street levelers is due to pis. these guys don't even have bat's protection of superman not wanting to hurt them. there is no way this is over in under 20 seconds.
