Heat vision, unless it can destroy matter or alter it on the atomic level in some way (which it can't), will have no effect on Buu. Even if his body is completely disintegrated, he is still able to regenerate. In DragonBall Z, Buu was able to regenerate from just smoke. And this was when he was in his fat form.

Kid Buu only got defeated by Extreme amounts of Positive Spiritual Energy (aka Spirit Bomb).
 
Unless Superman can output high amounts of Positive Spiritual Energy then i just see Buu regenerating every time.
 
Also when buu is burned he turns into smoke, which he can easily regenerate from. Burning wont do any good (You cannot burn smoke).

Kal Kent vibrates all of Buu's molecules to the point where they disintegrate to ash. Or just erases him from existence with his Imp powers.

@unopen7639: In a few short years and kais have said that 1000 years to them isn't really that long. So for all we know it took kid buu 1000 years to destroy those galaxies. Not to mention kal kent has held back a galaxy.
