Silver Surfer puts Goku's head in Superman's ass... Hancock style...  
 
on a serious note though... the Surfer could just generate a massive Red Sun Radiation blast that would kill Superman and Incinerate Goku... lol

GT Goku breaks his fist trying to punch the Surfer while being flat out ignored as he focuses on taking the Man of Steel via exploiting his various weaknesses with the Power Cosmic.  
After he's finished he allows Goku to go back home to avoid a painful death.

Two things that are wrong here. 
1. Superman doesn't know the fusion dance. 
2. GT says you can only fuse with similair levels of power.

The Team dies unless given 10 minutes prep for goku to teach Clark the fusion dance or getting  potara earrings via Instant Transmission to supreme Kai planet .
Which would be like putting all  current superman feats and goku energy projection and SSJ feats together .

face it they can't do the Fusion dance since it requires 2 people of similar power level and similar height.

Neither of them have a chance in hell of beating Surfer separately, so how are they going to hope to "dominate" Surfer together before he crushes them?

Ok, I'll say it. I don't think Surfer has reaction time and combat speed much better then Spider-man. 
Seriously, everyone tags him easily.
If someone shows me a feat where he used his FTL reaction time and combat speed, I'll show him 20 scans where he should have used it but didn't.

I'm going with the surfer for a number of reasons, the surfer has many abilities that give him the edge such as phasing,energy blasts,cosmic awareness,super speed etc.
 i have said this before in a number of threads, surfer would drain supermans energy supply than proceed to beat his as$ than beat the crap out of goku. before the goku supporters show up i would like to say that goku does not have a chance against surfur alone or with someone like superman, i would not even pursue and argument of that nature

GT Goku brings the team down.  If it were SSJ3 Goku, the fight would be winnable for the team.

He can get up to super saiyan 12 right now and a thunderclap at that power would straight rip a galaxy apart

Uh..... NO. Goku has never been written above SS4 and he hasn't even shown the power to bust a solar system. Surfer easily beats him and Superman.
