Who wins and why?

Team 1. This is mainly to them not being able to keep Doomsday down since he is in his H/P form, and Superman can take out Thor since Silver Surfer can't quickly incapacitate him due to restrictions from the OP.

Team 2. Thor stomps current Superman, Surfer can just BFR Doomsday.

Hahaha, wtf with this OP... Surfer can't do anything to Sups if he can't exploit Superman weaknesses nor BFR what he's going to do? Talk with harsh language? Also, Morals off Thor can handle Doomsday, he has never fought anyone with Asgardian powers so everything will work on Doomsday. With this said, Team 2 would probably take out Doomsday first so Surfer could use his power of cosmic on Thor to amp him up and beat the sh*t out of Superman.

Btw: I don't know if Astral Plane is considered telepathy but if not... Surfer stomps Superman in 4 seconds.

Are you seriously saying that surfers power of cosmic can't hurt superman without manipulating supermans weakness? Supermans not that durable. The reason those restrictions are there are so superman is a factor in this fight as all silver surfer vs superman threads come down to "Silver surfer creates Kryptonite radiation and stomps" or "silver surfer absorbs the solar radiation from superman and stomps". And yes I consider the astral plane TP.

@jashro44: Oh, sorry, i understood he couldn't use anything on Sups. He can still manipulate his molecules and turn him into a potato, go intangible and do the "Amazo" move. But he won't do it because he is in character. He could irradiate Red Sun radiation too though... His not manipulating nor absorbing anything.

Red sun energy is a weakness of supermans. What I meant to do in the OP was make it so silver surfer cannot simply shut off supermans mind with his telepathy, absrob the solar energy in his body, or create some radiation which will take his powers away. Norrin can still transmute, turn intangible, blast energy, and all that other stuff. He just can't use TP or an attack which will depower superman.

Unfortunately Superman can solo this. due to the fact the Superman can easily lift 7 quintillion tons. that is enough to be able to move the earth. if we are looking at prolonged exposure to yellow light at close range we could very well see him reaching feats of moving 200 quintillion tons. but the problem with superman is the fact his powers are almost limitless and its based on his mental control to allow himself to let loose really. to him superman's powers are solely based on the sun and how long he is at it.

That being said he could lose much of his energy with prolonged usage of his heat vision. or taking repeated blows. especially if its coming from a magical item like Mjolnir. Which one of the magical enchantments allow a person to pick the hammer if they are deemed worthy.

Now that we know Uru metal is actually fragments of a dying star. it is safe to assume that the remnants of a neutron star would weigh in about an estimated 1 million tons. which could easily explain why most people can not pick up the damn thing. and with it being magically enchanted. with would definitely inflict quite the damage if a blow was landed on superman.

On paper Surfer should be able to solo this. In actuality team one wins due to H/P Dooms.

@trodorne: Um... How is lifting strength relevant? Surfer turns him into a bunny. The end. No need for Thor, and Doomsday is pretty much an outlier.
