Superman (depowered) vs Batman (nerfed)

Batman is a great martial artist but Superman out stats Batman so badly he can't win. So I make them both human in this fight. Can skill overcome stats?

-Superman is peak human

-Batman has average human stats

-in character

-Superman has Cyclops level heat vision (so his face doesn't get burned)

-no equipment

-random encounter

Cyclops vision is concussive blasts not heat

I don't think this is fair to Bats. It's not skill vs stats, it's skill vs stats+power

@ninjawarrior268: But you took away Bats' equipment but not Supermans special powers. That's not fair to the Bat. To make it truly fair, Bats should keep his equipment. Or take away Supes' other powers. Without his equipment Bats loses, with it he wins.

It's powerful enough to kill any version of Batman.
