So how does Supes go about beating GK in this scenario? (Just asking)  :-)

Godkiller was bread specifically to be a weapon that can kill gods, and is empowered by Asgardian magic.  We have seen her handle groups of gods at once who have resistance against magic. Superman's vulnerability to magic is going to be too much of a liability in this battle.

The pic of her in the OP also shows her taking down BRB, The Warriors Three, and Balder at once.  This woman is a beast. "

Er, no, she's empowered by Genetic engineering. The powers of Thundra, Titania, Volcana, and Battleaxe to be exact. The narrative even states that to wield Bill's mutilated Hammer required " Genetic Modifications" and "Profound Genetic Perversions" respectively.

No it won't. She's not magic and she won't even land a blow on him. Plus all she ever did with the only genuinely magic part of her arsenal (Semi-Stormbreaker) was hit stuff.  

And really Superman will beat the snot out of her before she even knows what happened.

The Asgardians are magical being because of their biology.  To have Asgardian powers via Asgardian genetics is to be a magical being.

Unless I missed something about her 4 power donors none of those women are Asgardian. Even if they are, being a magical being doesn't count for anything against Superman unless you actually use magic against him.

For example Wonder Woman is a Magical being and you don't see Superman getting one-shoted every time they fight.

The Stormbreaker she wields is a very powerful magical weapon.
