Why is Hal so far up??

Stops at Round 3, why is Wonder Woman above Thor and Beta Ray Bill, and there is no significant difference in power levels between 3-9; or any if that at all.

Stops at 2. Round 1 he can just heat vision from behind his glasses without revealing himself.
