Surfer fights t lightsped and can react at that speed, wally rarely goes that speed at the start of the fight. Wally's going to land a few hundred hits ( thats going to do nothing) and then he's going to get traped in surfers board, with surfer not even having to tag him with it to trap him in it.
And this is all considering the fight starts with surfer on ground level. Surfer almost always fights from the sky, while wally has few feats of fighting in the sky.

None of those people have surfers durability, grood isn't on surfers level, and neither is superman. So that doesn't mean anything

Surfer and Thor take this. Stopping time/reality warping puts Flash in the darkest edges of a black void via Mjolnir, and Surfer tears Clark to shreds via molecule manipulation, or however he felt like ending it really.

None of those people have surfers durability, grood isn't on surfers level, and neither is superman. So that doesn't mean anything
