Capt Marvel has shown that his physical powers are pretty much equal to those of Superman as shown in several encounters. Therefore it is not much of a jump to sumise that he can perform most of the same physical feats Superman can.

Examples? I'm looking for scans that are proving that people who seemed as powerfull as XXX really are in thier level (of curse if someone has close orgin to the other - like BA and CM - they aren't needed). For example, it was said that Wonder Man rivals Thor strength, but his feats don't prove this. On the other hand it was proved that Herc and Thor are equal in this, but Gladiator fight with Hyoperion don't prove that Hyperion is as strong as Gladiator for me.
Hyperion is not near Glads. Even as King Hyperion. A lot of people here tend to Nut-Hug Superman. Anyways I say team 1 takes it but neither of them "Solo."

Did You see thier fight? I think that they are closer than many people is thinking, but yeah Gladiator is above Hyperion (a specially in durability).

That wasn't King Hyperion.
He didn't because he outsmart him and use his fighting abilities. But on the other hand, he faster recover from explosion that their eye beams caused and seemed stronger. But I wouldn't say that he is much higher level in strength.
