According to Mandarins comicvine page he has the ability to amp his chi which allows him to fight iron man without the rings. I also recall seeing a scan of Mandarin without rings damaging iron man. If I am correct than Mandarin should take this pretty easily.

Could be, who knows I think its going to bevery tough for Otto to win me over. I just hope the story is good and they do not dumb everyone down so they do not notice a huge change in Peters personality.

While I think current Spider-Man would beat current Cage, Luke Cage was weaker back then.

There are scans in this thread and I recall seeing a scan of mandarin damaging iron mans armor so yes I think the mandarin is more powerful than iron fist.
