Users, specifically the newer ones, are quick on their feet to propose Ock still wins inspite of Batman having full knowledge on who he's fighting here. Sure, Batman is at a disadvantage in stats, but so much that he looses so badly even when he has prep here with full knowledge on who he's going up against?

Justice Buster vs Spider Army?

Actually Hellbat would stand a better chance, Justice Buster isn't overly impressive except for against the JL members. I doubt Bats would find a spider-sense counter in a day.

If he brings the Hellbat to bear I don't know what SpOck could do to counter it.

@granitesoldier: Depower it with his own tech. First issue he depowered the entire Sinister Six tech. Current spock also has tech from 2099, including a very useful A.I.

His stats also far more impressive.

Superior Spidey probably has access to the Spider-Armor Mk III, which, although it doesn't have as much raw strength and durability as the Hellbat, is completely undetectable through either sight or sound (bends light and sound waves). Considering his far superior speed and his stealth abilities, even the Hellbat would be hard pressed for survival. Of course, that doesn't take into account his Spider-Bots, which were even able to hack and take over Ultron's tech. Although I don't think I have the info to compare Ultron's tech to Bruce's tech, that is certainly an amazing feat.

So yeah, Superior stomps.....

If batman brings Hellbat or Justice Buster then he can win a majority, if not then he gets smashed to pieces.

The Hellbat armor is too much, being able to temporarily hold his own against Darkseid is a feat Spiderman and Octopus could only dream of.

Superior Spider-Man, in an utter stomp, Otto Octavius is at least comparable in prep, and he's far more ruthless.

Bats wins with ease, maybe when Otto can build suits that can go several rounds with Gods he'll be in the same league.

Depends on if Batman brings a suit into battle and if so what one. And information on outside help would help determine the battle as well.

I want to add a stipulation

If Batman can use the hell bat.Otto is given the ability to use what ever technology he needs to match the Hell Bat.
