Superior Spider man vs Joker( New 52)

Even though The Joker is notorious for being difficult to anticipate, I'd give it to Spider-Man. He doesn't have to mentally untangle Joker, he just has to kill/incapacitate him(besides, Joker specializes in psychological prep/warfare which I don't see serving much use here).
