Superior Foes vs Joe Fixit

Location:

Scenario: Feeling up for a challenge, the Foes decide to rob a casino; however, unknown to them is that Joe Fixit is working there. Once they hit the place, they come into contact with him.

Rules

No PIS

No prep (for the fight)

Pretty much a random encounter

They start 50 feet apart within sight of each other

Victory by KO or Incapacitation

No taker?

Can Joe Fixit even hit Speed Demon? I remember Wolverine making circles around him. I'm not sure if the Foes have enough power to put him down, though.

@beaconofstrength: I think his thunder clap might be effective.

@warlordeternal: It most likely would, but Joe Fixit was kind of a push over, IMO. I'm just not positive that the Foes could hurt him.

@beaconofstrength: I wouldn't really call Joe a push over as IIRC he has tangled with some members of the Avengers and he held his own.

Though I wouldn't count the Foes out. They have diversity. When it comes to power, The Shockers gauntlets have allowed him to contend with Luke Cage.
