Kara is in a magic induced rage caused by Ares, God of War.  Athena, Goddess of Wisdom chose Kitty to incapacitate Kara.   
Kara will kill Kitty if given the chance, but Kitty only has to knock her out.
Both Kara and Kitty have all of their current powers and abilities. 
Kitty has been given a katana with a Kryptonite core by Athena.
 
Who will win?

Supergirl. She has the ability to phase in a way as well. Add in all her other abilities and her speed...

You have a point. About the speed part, I have a feeling that Supergirl might be able to tag her one way or another be it a lucky shot. However, that is all she needs. I don't think SG would allow Kitty to get close to do any type of phasing within her.  "

 Kitty's phasing is making her molecules completely mass-less,or so i have heard.

as much as i love kitty i am giving this to kara... she is too fast for kitty. if kitty goes solid even for a second kara stomps.

Kitty phased is not affected by Cyclops' optic blasts nor do Iceman's subzero elements disturb or disrupt. How does Kara's heat vision or breath (unless she ate garlic the night before) harm a phased Shadowcat? These days, she doesn't even need to hold her breath as she did back in the beginnings while phased so her particles are probably moving far too quickly to be effected by the elements (laser or otherwise)... woudn't you say?

Plus, she can keep her physical phased and the sword unphased... don't see how Kara hurts Kitty Pride... can all you folks who're saying Kitty loses (after reading the OP please) tell me how a phased Shadowcat goes down??
