Supergirl fought Mr. Mxyzptlk on more than one occasion and he outclasses anything Wanda can do. Even if she can't speed blitz, she is still faster, with better reflexes and superior physical stats. She could take Wanda out by throwing trees, buildings and/or cars at her before Wanda could nullify all of them. Wanda might be able to hex one, but Supergirl is strong enough to throw more than one at once.
