His speed is on par with superman, and hes fought Superman and Wonderwoman at the same time to standstills (without the ring) hes a beast they stand no chance.

SG loses to PC Mongul, May strugle with the father post crisis version, but beats Mongul Jnr, imo.

Any version of Mongul (pc or modern) can beat Kara (pre crisis or modern) without major problems. But Kara has the advantage of speed.

Without any ring,no I can't name any respectable opponent he's beaten but with rings he can battle 9 veteran GLs(including Kyle,Guy.Sodam etc) at the same time and still winning.

yeah, I remember that. I think he would have beaten Sinistro also, had Sinestro not been the master/creator (so to speak) of the yellow ring.
