  Even in character supergirl is faster and stronger than wonder girl. Wonder Girl might have been more trained but supergirl simply has too many feats which pretty much compels you to put supergirl above wonder girl. Clears round 1 with ease.

 Pretty much the same as above, supergirl is stronger and faster while donna troy might be well trained. Featwise supergirl is ahead by a mile, i dont see donna troy winning.

 For all intent and purpose they have the same powers with PG being more vicious, more skilled and perhaps a slightly stronger than supergirl. So the only real option here is either stalemate or defeat. I dont see supergirl making pass Powergirl.

Wonder Girl - Supergirl is basically superior in every way except probably hand to hand. Not enough to overcome Supergirl's strength, speed and durability though.  
 
Donna Troy - Pretty much the same.  
 
Starfire - Don't know much about her but from the little from her I have seen it isn't enough to stop Kara.  
 
Power girl - Her first real challenge. To me they are equals. PG has been absorbing sun longer but SG absorbed it in her ship. Toss up but I favor SG.  
 
Wonder Woman - Kara stops here. There is no reason why this fight wouldn't go the exact same way the PG/WW fight went except this one ends with Kara getting choked out.

WW would own Supergirl like she has done to Superman multiple times even when Supes was bloodlusted, even though he is much stronger and WW could have killed him if not holding back. Supergirl wouldnt stand a chance agianst Diana regardless of morals being on or off for either one of them.

I didnt mean to make it sound like WW owned Superman she never did to my knowledge but she did beat him a few times.

Stops at Troy, greater level of combat skill.

As far as I know both Power Girl and Super Girl are stronger than Wonder Woman but WW fighting skill is far superior and lets her beat them both

No chance. She may be a better fighter but is far weaker and doesn't have as much speed. Troy is no WW, she can't beat Kara.

She doesn't clear it but power girl might be the her last stop. If power girl doesn't fight serious and give it her all she will lose to supergirl.

Wonder Girl went toe to toe with Superboy Prime recently, I say Supergirl stops at round one now.
