I never said it was not allowed. I said she would not gain the opportunity to with morals on. Besides, even as Binary, her primary power is in her energy attacks. Obviously with Power Girl backing Binary, she would not be defeated, but were Power Girl removed from the equation, Supergirl can down Binary.
Hmmmm....Round 1 She Hulk could take Carol Down when she gets her hands on her.Which I can see happening seeing how Carol can only achieve Super Sonic Speeds at her regular form and She Hulk caught tony moving at that speed.Also Carol would not take to the skies and blast,she would engage her target and blast.
Round 2 Sure She Hulk can't fly but she sure can jump.Let's not forget She Hulk is an Hulk and her powers will increase by anger since their flying around like flies and she's Bloodlusted meaning no holding back.And since their Bloodlusted the She Hulk is going berserk.She was also able to stalemate Hulk in this incarnation.
