Well, they kinda wrecked each other. However, Ultron could heal it's self due to being a machine. Although, not sure how Super being techno path would turn out.

Well, I suppose it would be more telekinetic powers. Although, Konner was trying to use it in the AM tower in  Infinity Crisis where Alex Luthor was putting all the super heroes in to charge it.

I'm pretty sure that wasn't technopathy. Just another facet of his tactile telekinesis that hasn't really been show frequently. He's able to disassemble machines through touch but he couldn't disassemble Alexander Luthor's tower because of either the size or complexity of it. Ultron in the female shell is an extremely complex being (Extremis tech mixed with Ultron programming) so I don't think it would be so easy for Superboy to use his tactile telekinesis. But a good fight in any case. I'll give it to Ultron
