Okay, I will concede that Marvel vs. DC isn't exactly the most accurate way of looking at how battles between Marvel and DC characters would turn out. Lobo would beat Wolverine, Storm had no chance against a warrior like Wonder Woman, and Namor losing to Aquaman was shameful. Still, I found Spidey's battle with Superboy to be one of the most entertaining of the series, and hey, if Superboy is vulnerable to electricity then it didn't seem all that far fetched to me that Spidey beat him the way he did, especially when you consider that he was the most experienced of the two.
Therefore, I stand by my original post: it's been done, Spidey wins!

I liked Aquaman beating Namor, and I think they also had to keep the victories for each universe even. But would Spider-Man of won if the surroundings were different?

That does make sense that the outcomes would be based on votes. Most of the victors would be more popular then the losers, or just have a greater reputation of power.
I'm sorry, but that Marvel vs DC crossover is like the lamest of all crossovers, having battles based on fan votes. I don't see why anyone would follow a crossover where Wolvie defeats Lobo, who is at Superman's level. Superboy would rip Spidey in half
True, and GL really wouldn't of fought SS like that. He knew SS could smash his constructs to bits. It was good overall, great plot, but most of the outcomes were all wrong.

I'm a big fan of Spider-Man outsmarting opponents stronger than him to win, like in the crossover. But seriously Superboy will win most battles against Spider-Man.
I think spiderman would take this, super boy isn't nearly as strong as full grown superman obviously so strength isn't a big deal, speed yes superboy is faster but spider could handle it with his agility, also as a boy superman wasn't invincible bullets left bruises on him and spiderman is clearly more powerful than a bullet all in all i think spicy is the victor here

Superboy is still capable of lifting hundreds of tons so not being as strong as Superman is irrelevant. Parker isn't fast enough to handle Superboy's speed, and he gets injured by bullets on a regular basis.
