well if cm3 is the only one calling on the power of shazam  he could beat superboy as he is on a lower lvl of strength and speed

Freddy is said to only gain a portion of Captain Marvel's power as Captain Marvel, Jr.. Billy and Mary get their power from Shazam. Currently, Freddy is the new Captain Marvel and has to call on Shazam to get his power."

Freddy is Captain Marvel now, hence the red uniform. Since Billy is now Marvel, taking the place of Shazam.

Captain Marvel Jr can easily throw a plane miles as we see in World's Finest 277. He flies to the moon in seconds in that same issue. It isn't hard to see that Captain Marvel Jr would absolutely destroy Conner Kent.
