- Team is consisted of Orion, Superman, Captain Marvel for DC and Sentry, Thor and Gladiator for Marvel
- Team has morals off, who wins and why?

SBP would stomp most of those folks, the wild card is Sentry. Sentry/Void at his best wins, but at his lower showings, loses.
@bigcimmerian: Superboy Prime with yellow ring and unlimited energy supply, thanks to the armor??

Yes, if it is too much I will change to Infinite Crisis.
Thor drains the ring then uses Godblast or anti-matter blast gg. If not then BFR to a blackhole or red sun.

You have obviously never read a comic with SBP in it, or you would have already realized how asinine this comment is.
That being said, team probably wins - the ring doesn't do much for him (he never displayed he could even use it, did he?). 2 Supermen were able to eventually take him down in Infinite Crisis, and even tho this iteration is more powerful, we have Sentry and Orion in the mix (others are kinda useless here) PLUS they are bloodlusted. Good fight but the team can do it.
@holyserpent: Actually yes. Since most of these character's are blood lusted they could take SBP down pretty easily. The only reason SBP is able to go on rampages and a guy like Superman can't take him out is because Superman is 1. Not Bloodlusted and 2. Holding back greatly because if he was not holding back and if he was Bloodlusted he would essentially be unstoppable and therefore completely destroy SBP. since even though he hold's back and isn't bloodlusted he still manages to hold his own against SBP. Thor could also destroy him.

Exactly, because Thor uses those powers SO often and he is totally not just a mindless brawler.

Exactly like Orion, Superman, Captain Marvel Sentry, Thor and Gladiator team up with morals off SO often, right?

Uh, yeah, because the OP said so.
If the OP had included "Thor is using his powers to their maxmimum and is not jobbing" then there might have been a shred of credibility to DarkRaiden's claims.

I thought it was an assumption characters act to the best of their abilities in these fights? My mistake if I'm wrong here. Otherwise we get into a big juggling act of which feats to use, their high, low, average? That's very hard for characters that have been around for 50+ years.
