This, Majestic will mostly likely be charged for murder, and assualt on a minor. However, all charges will be dropped because the kid had it coming. lol
Team 2 FTW. Maj and Thor are too much for SBP and BRB. Combine strength,magic (Thor) with Superman level powers and 1000's of years of tactical experience and cold hearted ruthlessness (Majestic) you have recipe for disaster for BRB and SBP.
Majestic could theoretically solo. It's a long shot.
With Thor, on the other hand, Majestic can let Thor take on Prime for a brief second (less, really) while Majestic steals BRB's hammer and goes to town.
