Superboy and Static VS Miss Martian and Blue Beetle
How? Static's powers keep him from being affected by telepathy. Not exactly. Apart from being able to resist the Anti-Life equation's mind control (which actually took a while for him to resist, because it was working until then) and being undetected by Miss Martian's ability to locate his mind, there are two other instances of telepathy working on him. One telepath (Push) was able to read his thoughts. Another (Swarm) was able to attack his mind and throw him off his game. Static had to force him out, as a result.
Telepathy actually works until he's able to resist it on his own. Even then, it's not something that comes off as easy for him.
I believe Blue beetle could solo.
btw is miss martian in the DC Universe after the reboot?
Blue Beetle probably could solo, if he decided to use his armor to the best of it's capabilities. As for Miss Martian after the reboot, I don't know. Morph is still around, just not as often.
Mental abilities would work on static for a while only if caught off guard , other wise a weak em field should be able to protect him against it and how could blue beetle solo???he has safeguards and counter measures against practically any threat as long as he is willing to exhaust them.
Are they in character? Starting Distance? Location? Prep Time? Depending on location Superboy and Static can just start a fire and Connor can then blitz the crap out of BB. Also what does BB armor run on? How effective is an EMP?Didn't work when the future Bart tried it.
He wasn't shot because of bad reaction time. This is a bad example on your part.

FIne he was facing Max Lord and Max Lord still had enough time to hit the button.
Yeah, he was facing Max Lord while shooting him with his arm cannon, and then Max pressed a button that caused a special weapon to attack from Blue Beetle from all angles. Pretty sure Beetle had no clue what that button was going to.
Even if he's not light speed (Superboy isn't, either, LOL), you're using bad examples to make a point. Plus, Superboy doesn't even blitz his enemies as often as you think. In fact, I don't think I've seen him do it.

Super characters almost never blitz it does not mean they cannot do it in these fights. Right so u just let your enemies hit buttons.
Superman blitzes a lot more than Superboy does. I would argue for Superman before I argue for Superboy doing it. Why? The likelihood. If character has never used a certain tactic in battle, then there's a large possibility that he wouldn't use it in this battle. Characters are debated as they are written in comics, and regular showings and combat tactics are used. Conner isn't a blitzing character.
As for letting anyone hit buttons, Beetle didn't know what the buttonwas going to, not to mention that he was busy trying to take Max's head off with his arm cannon.
