SuperBatMan vs The Flash

I've read about SuperBat( Batman with superman's power and all of Batman trainindg and expertise) and he seems to be a very badass dude yet I believe the Flash is the most powerful hero in the Justice League, could Flash beat SuperBat?

Two scenarios: 1. New York, no prep, bloodlusted and the second one takes place in New York as well, bloodlusted with an hour of prep.

1. Flash stomps in a millisecond.

2. Bats probably.

Flash both rounds.

Flash stomps both rounds.

Prep means nothing if you can't think before you die.
