Superboy Prime's major weakness is full exposure to red sun, there're no ways for Superbat can synthesize prime kryptonite, he have no telepathy, and most magic shouldn't work on him.

Taunting him? The angrier he get, the more homicidal he becomes, he won't end up killing himself but rather Batman.

Since he's from Earth-Prime, he can create Prime Kryptonite, which is why he can affect Superboy Prime. Batman couldn't do that regardless of his resources.

Batman could synthesize red solar rays. They worked on Superboy Prime before and are more easily acquired than Earth Prime Kryptonite.
