Competition is to contain a super human brawl with the least number of combined civilian and team casualties.
Teams know they are working against each other and will try to sabotage the others as the losing teams will be placed in jail with the criminals they have worked to put away.
Takes place in New York City to keep the location unbiased.
Battle is the final fight from the Avengers movie with some random baddies thrown into the mix, heroes will not assist teams in any way as they are preoccupied (ex Captain helping the cops)
