A fraction of Timmy's wand power was used to give his parents super powers (Supperman's powers) and to turn himself into Galactus all in one episode. Just something you need to consider, and he has Da Rules off so he can wish and individual's power away without consent.
Just because Timmy is all powerfull, doesn't mean he is invulnerable, the beyonder is immortal and invulnerable

@Cybrilious4: When did Timmy turn into Galactus? I don't remember that episode..
It was the "mighty mom & dyno dad" episode. In the end Timmy wishes that he was "Galactamus" and that was a HUGE ripoff of Galactus.

Wow that sounds different.. do you have any picture of him as Galactamus?
@logy5000: @SpideyPresence: Wow I remember watching that episode long before I started reading comics :P
The point is that the fairies made the parents have their powers and made Timmy Turner Galactus and since they showed no sign of weakning in fairy power so we can assume it was only a fraction of their power. Now image if Timmy had the power of all the fairies magical abilities and the DA Rules are not in place so he can KILL, Make people fall in love, Take away their power, and many more.

INb4 durrrr toon force
Timmy Tuner doesn't even have toon force. He loses in almost every episode.
Doesn't win unless bloodlusted.
He loses regardless..
Here's the thing. If Timmy is bloodlusted and has everything for which he's ever wished, then I give it to him. Here's why:
-The comic books that he reads are a hybrid of Marvel and DC with toon force and he's brought them to life on his side.
-The writers for the comic books and shows in the real world have showed up in his show before, so he has actual omnipotents who are portrayed as the writer, which is stronger than Beyonder's power. That's The One Above All's level.
-The sheer toon force in OddParents is far above anything in Marvel. Even the minimal fourth wall breakers in Marvel have never done anything to actually be on par with the writers. On the other hand, Nega Chin casually broke into the real world and beat the living shit out of the writer. That's literally a Popeye level feat. Timmy Turner, on the other hand, with JUST COSMO AND WANDA RESTRICTED, has reality warped the writers, editors, and random humans from the real world at his whim. He could easily wish that the Marvel writers listened to whatever he said, and it would be so.
-Timmy actually has a Popeye form.
-WITH DA RULES ON AND ONLY COSMO AND WANDA, Timmy has wished for omniscience and it was so, except during competition. With Da Rules off and Poof added (who, due to lack of Da Rules, is on a whole other tier of hax than Cosmo and Wanda), Timmy can easily wish for omniscience, omnipresence, and omnipotence. Hell, Timmy already has a Galacuts form, which, combined with his omniscient form, would be enough to match Beyonder here.
-The giant wand added here really makes thing good for Timmy.
So, with toon force and experience with said toon force that has shown to transcend even the comic book writers combined with massive reality warping, Timmy wins.
PR Beyonder Stomps.
Beyonder is >= Toon Force.
No, he's not lol. He's never shown ANYTHING that's on par with toon force. All that he is fictional omnipotence which is below the writers. On the other hand, Timmy's toon force and reality warping have casually controlled the writers and editors and random humans from the real world. Beyonder is at best a fictional omnipotent within the comic book, but Timmy on the other hand is someone who can casually stomp the production teams of a fiction series, including Stan Lee and the supposed TOAA and, in turn, the rest of Marvel. Beyonder is nowhere near toon force. Put it this way:
-Beyonder=< TOAA. TOAA=the writer.
-Nega Chin beats up the writers casually.
-Timmy reality warps the writers casually with his wishes with just Cosmo and Wanda while he's restricted.
-You do the math, my friend lol.
Bump.
I think that Preretcon Beyonder wins even without Da Rules. He can just take away Timmy's powers, and the effects of danger tend to be very real in "The Fairly OddParents," so I don't know if Timmy really even has toon force.
I don't know if the fairies have ever operated on Preretcon Beyonder's level.
The most that Timmy might've shown is the level of Thanos with the Heart of the Universe...
