He's out number, and powered. For starters Ghost Rider can solo via Hell Fire or Penance stare. I believe Hulk would also bash his head in physically, and Wolverine given the right chance would cleave his head off his body. Spider-Man..well he makes jokes.

Thats the weakest GR an SS has the power of all the FF, and better than them

@joewell: Grey Hulk has already gone toe-to-toe with Super Skrull. Throw in three other characters and Kl'rt goes down hard.

Team. All though if its worth anything I think he would stomp wolverine and spider-man.

Team wins but Logan and Pete go down pretty easily unless they fall back until Grey Hulk and GR do their thing and strike at the right moment but even than Logan's claws wouldn't do much, SS is outnumbered. He will put up a good fight but eventually he will go down.
