I dunno, I actually think this is a pretty close fight, Super Skrull would have to get the drop on Ronan and disarm him, otherwise, Ronan can the powers of his hammer to put a whupping on Super Skrull. If memory serves it grants Ronan control over the Power Cosmic so he can basically do any feat that say, Silver Surfer could do (though not quite as powerfully as Norin).
Good pairing though! I think this would be a really close and interesting fight!

This battle has needed to happen since the 60's, and we're still waiting. This is one of the most obvious matchups for Marvel. Just make the fight already!!!
Anyways, Ronan would most likely win, even though Kl'rt is more powerful. Ronan's Universal Weapon has too many abilities that he can use to instantly end fights against the most powerful opponents in Marvel.

Ronan...thanks to that dang hammer and all the lil advanced weaponry he has. A portable black hole and such...the man has the right tools. Without them, I'm going super skrull.

It's not so much that I want to see Ronan get beaten up, it's more like I'd enjoy seeing the Super-Skrull kick his tail.
As versatile as Super-Skrull is, Ronan is even more versatile, so I think he can win, although I don't know what he could do if Super-Skrull tries to put a forcefield in his brain. It's weird that these 2 have never fought, considering the history between Kree and Skrulls.
