Current Hyperion or King Hyperion can take Super Skrull. Both are stronger, faster, and more durable than SS and have enhanced vision powers that may circumvent SS's Invilibility.
I think this is a good match up.Super Skrull has been boosted a little. He was alwways more power than his individual FF counterparts. If this is King Hyperion, he does loose but any other I think he can win it.

It was theorised that even the normal Hyperion might be able to survive the heat generated by a nuclear bomb (source for this info was the older OHOTMU). With that in mind, he should be able to resist the temperatues of the plasma that SS can generate (even hundreds of thousands of degrees C).
SS's other attacks (blows, force fields expanding inside his body) won't hurt Hyperion who can take blows from Mjolnir.
Hyperion is a far flaster flyer and has a huge reaction speed advantage over SS.
King Hyperion,Marvel Now Hyperion and Ultimate Hyperion would win but Squadron Unit Hyperion would lose.Classic Hyperion might have a chance but I would say he would also lose.
