Not just that, but Kamen Riders have a whole lot of other abilities.

Take KR Decade. He uses cards of previous Kamen Riders which he scans through his belt and utilizes their skills. On top of that, he has his own set of abilities outside of the cards. He can even grow gigantic, as he did in the All Kamen Riders vs Dai Shocker movie, to which he utilized EVERY Rider card and transformed into the Ultimate Decade form.

Better yet, there's Kamen Rider W (Double). He's my all time favorite. He uses computer-like flash drives that possess certain powers which he can fuse with a second.

Kamen Riders completely dominate Super Sentai.
