Bardock is from the end of the Episode of Bardock.

He has his armor and starts out as a super saiyen

Vegeta is from frieza saga right after dende heals him when krillin shoots him (right before his fight with final form frieza.

Vegeta was stalemating First Form Frieza (Power Level 530,000)

Bardock's power level after his zenkai was 10,000.

10,000 x 50 = 500,000

530,000 > 500,000

Vegeta just. Bardock was at a power level of 10,000 which means his SSJ form has a power level of 500,000. Vegeta stalemated First Form Frieza then got another boost after Krillin nearly killed him. Plus he has more combat showings than Bardock so that'll help immensely.

in "dragon ball episode of bardock" he went ssj against frieza's ancestor

Bardock has a decent chance, he is probably slightly less powerful, but he could create a moon and turn himself into SSJ Oozaru Bardock, thus stomping Vegeta, literally.
