If Phoenix is without AVATAR, Team 2 prevails.

For now I will say the team 2

Galactus eliminates them all.

Team two narrowly edges team four for the win here.

@ManofSteel: I think   Abraxas should be able to take on phoenix without avatar, after all he is at par with eternity and all :)  
@IZZR: if we are assuming everyone at their best Spectre is too powerful for most of them, ppl argue he is at part with LT given full backing Or AM at his best COIE form would eat everyone else and would be hungry for more. which mean he could solo everyone else  . so team 4. 
@TheCerealKillz: just a honest who are you betting would take Spectre down? i am assuming you would tell Abraxas afterall the true end to his potential hasnt actually been revealed. 
@GhostRider29: Team 1 i think is probably the weakest, this is because at 100% galactus is at par with eternity (although this has never been said anywhere in comics this seems to be a general consesus, the problem i see is galactus power diminishes with the battle, he cannot fight at 100% for too long. Then there are some major powerhouses in other teams like: Phoenix, spectre, shaman (only if he is at his best), and Abraxas.. not to mention if this is COIE anti monitor he eats everyone else around here..  

@Boobster: I thought the consensus was galactus at 100% is on par with eternity (which of course has never actually been stated officially). Abraxas, spectre, Anti-Monitor are all at par with eternity at best, some are even more powerful.. so i still dont think galactus could beat them all. 

3 or 6 IMO.
 
Legion is easily a planet buster in his most powerfull version. Shuma Gorath will defeat most of Universe busters too.
 
But there is Abraxas in team 6 who is the most powerfull being here (until this is COIE AM or full PF from whole Multiverse).

@czarny_samael: I am little confused as well.. i thought the most powerful was Spectre?? he being LT of DC universe right?? i am not really sure.. plus Boobster pretty much posted these scans to prove 100% fed galactus is stronger than Abraxas although i am not really convinced.  Is there anything you would like to add to this debate, any logic or insight you would wanna share?

How are you not convinced ? Look how many cosmic entities (including Living Tribunal himself) jump on him. Notice they said " We failed to destroy him in the past" and LT said Galactus became "too great a threat to the continium of universes". And Galactus wasn't even at 100% at that time since his scheme hadn't been completed yet. Galactus also appeared and made Abraxas look like a boy when he forced his UN from the Abraxas grasp.

1.Elder of Universe said that they failed. And this is true. Elders of Universe are actually barely in Skyfather level.  2.Also it seems that when all Cocmic beings attacked him, Galactus losed. IDK even this stroy, BTW.3.UN as a standard equipment? I wouldn't say so...
