Ok, here's the scenario. Superman, weary from the constant conflict that plagues mankind and the constant danger of battle between super hero and super villain, finally loses it and creates a plan to destroy all super villains and place the Earth under his direct rule. Along the way he gathers a group of other powerful heroes and even villains to assist him. Eventually all villains and any heroes that oppose this New World Order are destroyed. Only a select few of the most intelligent heroes and villains have escaped and gone off radar to plan for a counter attack to win back the Earth. They are being hidden from detection by Doctor Strange These super geniuses calculate that they have only a year to prep for their counter.

Bruce Banner (if he turns into the Hulk, he is already enraged by the death of several friends to put him at World Breaker strength)

Tony Stark
Mr. Majestic
Mr. Terrific
Doctor Strange
Strange makes a private deal with Thanos, bringing him on board to assist.
Note that every one of them have full access to all of their natural abilities and typical equipment. In other words, Bruce Banner can change into the Hulk, Stark has access to all of his armors, Panther has vibranium weapons/armor, Luthor has his suit, etc. Thanos does NOT have an Infinity Gauntlet or any other cheap cosmic relic that can erase the opposition on a whim. They are fully educated on the opposition's power sets and weaknesses. Reed Richards and Batman calculated that such an event may occur and have set aside all the materials, equipment, computers, laboratory, etc they may need to come up with a solution ahead of time for all members of the team. They also have access to off world tech thanks to Thanos. They have only one full year of prep before they will be forced to take action against the rogue Superman.

Everyone on Superman's team also has access to their normal equipment and skills.
Every DC character is pre 52. When the fight starts, it's to the death on both sides. There can be no loose ends and morals are off. Speed blitzing and BFR allowed, but keep in mind that the smart guys have the capacity to come up with a plan to counteract Superman and his team's superior speed and strength. This fight will most likely not be as simple as "Flash solos". I don't think "Batman solos" either, though, deep down inside, I kind of think he does. Reed's team is aware of the max potential of everyone on Superman's team and has a year to plan and counteract their powers.
