Super Buu,Freiza and Cell V.S. The Green Lantern Corps.

cell can absorb these guys. he can kill himself and come back more powerful. 
all three of these guys can breath in space without a forcefield.
each are as fast as light and faster.
two can instantaneous move and locate.
1 is magical
two of them are high tier telekinesis
1 can break the fabric of space
Cell can multiply into 4s and can create countles after images of himself.
Cell can poop out multiple cell jr.s with a set amount of power level.
Cell can adapt with powers and envornment that comes in contact with his cells.
freeza can send mini micron minds and detonate them
there is a planet buster, solar system buster, and galaxy buster
buu can multiply in billions
each are incredibly durable 
each have near limitless stamina
each have insaine endurance
each have super strength
each are a champion of universal fist fighting

1) There is no evidence to suggest that cell can absorb power rings. 2) Irrelevant, GL's rings give them enough oxygen (or whatever it is the being using it needs) 3) Speculation, there is no evidence to suggest they are faster than light. There is however evidence to the contrary (such as Hercule avoiding Buu). 4) Virtually useless, also no evidence that this ability can be used to teleport through force fields.  5) Completely irrelevant.6) No evidence to suggest that they have high tier TK, the only things they move are relatively small. 7) Completely irrelevant. 8) Great now they have four weak guys to kill instead of one. After images are just that, images not fighters. 9) Meaningless, they got owned by punches and kicks from Gohan who has no strength feats. 10) Completely irrelevant. 11) So he has some very small weak attacks, means nothing. 12) Solar system and Galaxy buster are unproven. 13) Complete speculation, he never did anything of the sort in any canon sources. 14-18) Completely untrue and/or unproven.  Hal solos. Super Buu's genocide attack could kill most of them before they knew what to do. Cell and Buu can regenerate as long as a molecule remains. Frezia's been shown to lift mountains via TK. Cell can't absorb the Green Lantern ring. Buu possibly could absorb a member of GLC and use the ring, but I doubt it. Cell is shown as one of the smartest beings in DBZ. These three versus the entire Corps? Stomp for Green Lanterns. These three versus a lot of the Corps. Very difficult victory for Villians. (Possibly Lanterns though. I still lean on DBZ.) These three versus a single member? Total stomp for Villians.
