Baby final form could be seen as the golden great ape which was going toe to toe with and at times besting SS4 Goku, even before going into the great ape form he was toying with a SS3 Goku, given the time line and how much the Z fighters improve it's say to say Goku was much stronger in SS3 mode fighting baby then he was fighting Buu. Anyways Buu is far outclassed here, heck baby rather easily took out majubb who was Ubb and regular Buu combined.
