He has punked a slightly battle worn SS Vegeta and base trunks

18 has punked a prepared SS Vegeta and broke his arm with ease

I say super android 13 just by a hair. My reasoning is that super android 13 totally dominated the z fighters and required a spirit bomb infused ssj Goku to kill him. 18 dominated vegeta and took a full powered blast from trunks. And while I believe she could take on all the rest of the z fighters at that time too she is weaker I believe than kami merged piccolo which I have 13 slightly above.

Definetly Super Android 13. He aborbed the power of 14 and 15. 13 is in the same league as Cell

N° 18 held her own against base Gotens and Trunks (in the manga)...as soon as they went Ssj,Trunks threw a "weak" ki ball,she was shocked by its power,used a Kienzan and the kids were disqualified:

On-topic: 17 and 18,who are equals in power (stated by 16 who had power radar),one-shotted (when being serious) Ssj Trunks and Vegeta.Super 13 couldn't one-shot anyone (Ssj i mean).He was superior to them,yes,but no as evident as the siblings were.He couldn't achieve his goal,kill Goku,and he hit him many,many times.

I think 13 takes this.

This. And Piccolo was even with 17 (who's equal to 18), so if he was fused at the time he fought 13, that puts him above her.

13 wins easily. 17 would have been a better match-up for 13 imo.

@dbzk1999: IF he was Kamiccoolo...Considering that S13 couldn't kill Goku (who is inferior to the Namek) and it was his primary goal,i don't see him superior to 18...or given the performance of Piccolo (inferior to Goku in the movie) i doubt he was fused with Kami...and if he was,was a nerfed version,making his feat of "tanking punches from Kamiccolo" less impressive (or at least that feat don't put him at 18's level)

In one instance, goku relaxes upon seeing him and even drops out of the form out of confidence

He also is the only one who can truly make super 13 budge slightly (it's barely noticeable but you do notice it)

Then you have other things, but piccolo was fused in movie 7

@dbzk1999: Considering that Toei always portrays Goku as the stronger of the bunch (metal cooler...where "kamiccolo" is weaker than vegeta or goku and you have dende as the new kami but gohan wasn't ssj yet;broly movie where gohan last even less than vegeta,etc) i won't bet for their accuracy..."Goku is the strongest,the rest are fodder".And because that inconsistence is why i said 18 is superior...13 can't kill or at least ko Goku,but stomps Piccolo...ok!So yeah,maybe you're right and he was fused...but his power wasn't accurately portrayed;that's my point

S13 wins. 18 is tougher than pre-chamber SSJs, but 18 took a bit of time before taking down Vegeta, and S13 took down Vegeta with extreme ease.

The better fight would be 13 vs 18. I'm not sure who will win though, since 13 vs ssj Goku didn't get anywhere.

Even better fight would be S13 vs 16, in which case, I think 16 will win.

Lol they had no idea what they were talking about 6 years ago.

Z Android 18 absolutely did not one shot SSJ Vegeta. Vegeta was initially winning the fight as was stated by Piccolo. But over time he began to run out of energy and 18 was able to overpower him once he was weak enough. Vegeta had a lot of energy stolen from Android 19 and still hadn't recovered. He also did not really know the limits of the SSJ transformation as he had just acquired it at the time. He was almost as strong as 18 if not slightly stronger when fresh. The only reason he lost is because Android 18 basically beat him in a battle of attrition and he got over confident.
