Summers Family vs Grey Family

Summers: Dark Phoenix Cyclops, Saviour Cable, Hope Summers

Grey: Dark Phoenix, Rachel Grey, Shaman Nate Grey

Let's say that Scott and Jean each have their standard feats as Dark Phoenix here. All are in character but the teams are fighting to the death. Let's also give Rachel and Hope their Phoenix feats. The fight is in a desert. Starting distance is 200 feet.

Please let me know if there are any aspects of this fight that need to be changed to make it more fair. Which team wins?

NOTE: The winning team will face a mixture of Marvel, DC, and Image characters of my choosing.

team grey. jean has a better connection the phoenix as well as more experience than scott so we would think she is more powerful. Nate grey is more powerful that cable as well

@quadir: Hope having the Phoenix shouldn't mean anything to Dark Phoenix. Dark Phoenix was the Phoenix Force taking human form as Jean Grey, she doesn't need a team to win.

Couldn't Jean just take away the Force from team Summers like she did Rachel, Emma as well as the Cuckoos in Endsong? I see no reason Team 2 doesn't take this.
