Doom loses control of his life and makes some chocolate pudding at 4 am.

Stu makes Doom the perfect toy. Doom, filled with joy, gives up to play with it. The toy then goes haywire and take Doom out while he's vulnerable. Borderline Spite.

Stu gives Doom the same look from the picture and Doom gives him his mask.
