I'm going Steel on this one.

Really? Steel's suit gives him near Superman level abilities.

There weren't any limitations on Steel's power so I can't give an opinion, but being that he was on "Team Superman" he should be able to handle Tony.

What is Steel's current power capacity? Is he metal still or using a suit or both?
