Strongest hero Ben-10 can beat (No Alien-X)

Ben, at his best, can beat anyone who can't get out of a time freeze. Take your guess.

Even if he does freeze time, does he have the actual power to injure any of them?

Probably Booster, since Wonder Woman is too much for him.

Unless Swamp Fire had some durability to go along with that regen, that is not a good feat.

Both Hulk and Supes have very good resistance to matter manipulation.

Well to be fair I'm sure Hulk, Superman, and Wonder Woman would all have pretty long life cycles...

And what's to stop Ben from getting blitzed before this happens? Also, how many aliens does Ben have now? If it's still the same classic 10, then he has a 1/10 chance of using the alien with the time ray. If he has more aliens than his chances decrease even more. He can choose to use any alien he wants, just because Ben has the POTENTIAL to injure these heroes with one of his forms, doesn't mean he will.

Call me when Ben can react to lightspeed, or even mach movement. Superman kills him before he even blinks.
